3. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is considered confirmed once you receive written or verbal confirmation from us.

• We may request additional details to ensure accurate pricing and service delivery.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are based on property size, condition, and service type.

• Delivering services with reasonable skill and care

• Using safe, professional cleaning products and equipment

• Addressing any concerns or issues promptly

If you are dissatisfied with any part of the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can resolve it.

8. Liability

• We are not liable for loss or damage to items not securely stored or disclosed as fragile.

• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
